Glass Noodle
I find myself daydreaming about glass noodles on the regular. So satisfying. So craveable. My husband knows better than to ask me what I want for dinner now, because he knows that glass noodles is always going to be my answer.
Fire Chicken
The sensation my mouth hole gets when I put their fried chicken in is unmatched. Truly a life changing experience. 11/10
Fried Pork Katsu
The Fried Pork Katsu is the reason why this is our favorite place in East Nashville. The crust is crisp, and perfectly seasoned without feeling heavy, and the pork stays tender all the way through. The balance of crunch and juiciness is spot-on, and the sauce brings just enough sweetness and tang to tie everything together. It's one of those dishes you order once and immediately add to your "must get again" list.
Beef Bulgogi
Loved it. The seasoning was amazing. Big fan
Glass Noodle
the glass noodles (adding tofu and egg) is my favorite comfort food at babo! everything about this dish leave you craving and dreaming about it time and time again! the noodles, the texture, the umami, the seasoning, the sauce...DIVINE!
Kimchilada
Loveee this drink!!! Super fun and just overall a good sip when you want more than just a beer.
Loaded Pancake
We cannot come to Babo without getting the loaded pancake! Perfect balance of sweet sauce and tangy kimchi, and it pairs perfectly with everything else on the menu.
Kimchi Fried Rice
This is my favorite dish on the entire menu. Especially with the fried spam. To be honest, I hated spam before I tried in this dish and it changed my mind completely! Each bite is a flavor assault on the tastebuds. Do both of us a favor and get this dish and you won't be disappointed!
Fire Chicken
Everyone at the table needs minimum one order of the Fire Chicken. Nashville has hot chicken, Babo has Fire Chicken. For my money, give me Fire Chicken every time. It's a unique, spicy morsel of paradise.
Vegan Bulgogi
Absolute vegan bliss! First the bulgogi is a must. Order it with the ssamjang to make lettuce wraps and play with your food :) vegan kimchi hot dogs on the patio + comedy is a 10/10 and now Monday industry nights feat the GOAT Guerrilla Bizkits!!! Plus you can get a vegan version of the banchan!
